So I was looking up C[rap] Cleaner and landed on a digg review of the prog which in turn landed me on a nice little page put out by Comcast detailing traditional computer myths focusing on XP in particular.  Now these descriptions are on a simple basic level and several are just generalizations labeled as fact so a grain of salt is needed. These are good points for people to consider because there is a lot of misunderstanding of how much registry cleaning and defragging really does.  These actions can benefit your system but results will vary and typically lean towards the not noticed side.
